HELP: Info on GS Graphic Formats Needed

I'm looking for information on the '.3200' graphics format as well as
information on Paintwork's 'Animations' format $C2.  This is going 
to someone who is working on a graphics Converter utility for the Mac.
Any information on the above formats (plus any others you might be
interested in letting the Mac world see, or installed, as it would
allow cross-porting of graphics) I'd be interested in.
