Yes. They have taken over the Apple II APDA product range (previously
sold by Resource Central), including what remains of the Apple II
Technical Library.
Some manuals are out of print and may not become available again (e.g.
IIgs Toolbox References, HyperCard IIgs Script Language Guide, GS/OS
Reference).

They should have both of them. There has been a full list of manuals
(with prices) in Byte Works' advertisement int the last couple of
issues of GS+ magazine.
