Here is where you can find it:

galadriel.ecaetc.ohio-state.edu
                         /pub (Metal BBS lang, FV BBS)

You can also logon to most Metal sites and pick upthe latest files.
Call the Tap or Spacebar or The Micro BBS or Micro Exchange BBS and
you can pick them up there as well. If you want FTP then look above
and that shuold get you started them once you have the basic system
up and running you can call one of the sites and grab the latest files
