I have used the Scribe and the ImageWriter driver with fairly good results.
The hardcopy looks best if you place it in a warm oven for about 25 seconds
-- the heat gives a nice flat black ink look.

Now....
        who knows where I can get black Scribe ribbon cartridges?

        Has any one tried any other cartridges or other "tricks" to extend
the life of a Scribe ribbon?
