Another important factor here to consider is price! The Second
Sight is currently being advertised at $180 US, while the TurboRez was
last estimated at ~$300 US. Add to that the cost of a VGA/SVGA monitor,
and, well...
Personally, I'm starting to lean towards the TurboRez, especially
now that it will offer at least 640x400 or 640x480 (on PC style monitors).
Then again, the Second Sight will be available within a few weeks (probably
before Christmas) and the TurboRez anywhere from late Feburary to another
full year or more. IMO, the two biggest things to consider are price and
most of all, software support (doesn't matter how many bells & whistles
either card has, if nothing supports it).
