Actually, the SVGA controller on the Second Sight _does_ support
overscan, but I didn't think to mention it. I'll do some experiments
sooner or later on overscan.

With some care, the Second Sight can be set up to have independent
bitplanes, but it's not as straightforward as this appears to be.
