Mr. Kindall said you could rearrange your directory by taking them out of the
CDevs folder and putting them in the directory in the order you want, one at a
time.  But make sure you shift-boot to do this, otherwise the ones that are in
use are not allowed to be taken out (at least this is what happened when I
tried rearranging the System.Setup folder).
