System Bad: 05012A00 what does this mean?

HELP!!

Sometimes when I boot up my GS the screen locks up at the boot up 
screen, won't go to the hard drive and can't do anything except turn it 
off and on.  Or when I want to re-boot from something the 5 1/4 drive 
light comes on and everything is locked up again!  When I do a system 
check I come up with system good or system bad: 005012A00. It doesn't 
happen all the time but it sure is annoying!  What's wrong with my system?

I'm running a ROM 01, 4 meg Q-RAM, 32K TransWarp, 100meg Vulcan, AMR 3.5, 
apple 5 1/4 daisy and system 6.0.1....could it be from overheating??
