Mike, I don't know if you're looking for a free translator, but there 
is a commercial product for the MAC called MACLink Plus that supports 
AW 2.0 and 3.0 files in both directions.  It naturally also supports 
Excel.  I use it every day at work.  It's great.  No MAC should be 
without it.
