[Help] What is a Apple IIc?

	I've just had an extraordinary offer to buy a Apple IIc with
a green monitor,apple printer (not sure what one.._not an imagewriter_..)
and disk drive all for  60 bucks!!
	I was just wondering if it be worth buying.I haven't seen it run
and I'm not sure about Apples.If I was going to look at it what I be looking 
for? 
	It didn't  seem to come with system disks,are they hard to find?

	Is it reasonably easy to transfer files from PC/Amiga/Mac to Apple?

	Are many of the old games available for ftp (similar to Sinclair.)??

	Really appreciated if these questions could be answered,I couldn't
seem to find a FAQ any where  or any such information.
