Classic Apple II game programmers

I maintain a list over in rec.games.video.classic (should be posted again 
in a week or two) of classic video/computer game programmers and the 
games they've written.  My Apple II info is a little sparse.  I've 
already included most of the programmers of the old Broderbund titles 
(gleaned from a circa-1983 catalog) and everything from Bill Budge and 
Mark Turmell, plus miscellaneous other information.  But I'm missing 
lots, like most stuff from Nasir Gebelli and Bob Bishop to give some 
examples.

Any information would be most appreciated.  Ideally I'd like the 
programmer's name, title of game, year of release, and company who 
released it, but feel free to send any sketchy ol' tips.

Let's get some great Apple II nostalgia documented!
