[Q] Wierd GS Problems on Warmup...

I've been having some odd problems with my GS on warmup. This usually
involves screen corruption (lots of /////s in the text screen or garbage
in menus) or problems with any HD activity (copying sometimes gives me
"error while walking directory list" or "invalid parameter count" errors,
sometimes the dialogs themselves are corrupted). Doing a self test at this
point results in a System Bad: 0B030000 - which according to the TN is
a bad 1/4 second interrupt (supposedly the Zip error). GNO will also
BRK twice if run, or just hang during login.
However, if I let the GS sit and warm up for about 5 minutes, it all goes
away. (system good, no corruption, no disk errors)
It's been working this way for the last few weeks. Any ideas?

running 6.0.1, ROM1, Apple HS SCSI, Quantum 52, Syquest 44 (not always on),
Zip 7/32, OctoRAM with 4 MB, SoundAce digitizer, SuperSonic stereo.
