Not quite.  Version 1.9 was the first one to include the built-in
program selector.  I think it still requires a .SYSTEM file at startup
time (at least, the error message is still there until 2.0.2; it was
removed in 2.0.3).

Wrong.  I much prefer Birds Better Bye (especially my improved version
of it) to the ProDOS-8 1.9 program selector.  In addition, BBB runs in
40 column mode, so it will work on a II+.

QUITTER itself has some useful features (booting other slots,
returning to GS/OS, etc.) which are not provided by ProDOS-8.
