Need help decoding self-test error

When I do the self-test on my enhanced IIe I get the following error.
*RAM 00100000
I know it is a failure on the extended 80 column card because
when I re-run the test with the card removed, I get "system ok".
Is it telling me that the third RAM chip from the left is bad?
Can anyone help me?
