Thanks for the tip, Randy.  They didn't have any when I called them
about a year ago to get one for my IIe.  If you find one cheap (<$50) at
one of those garage sales, I'll gladly take one off your hands. 
Otherwise, I'll probably eventually get one from Shreve, but the need is
no longer urgent.
