As a Seven Hills Partner, I recently received a letter from Seven Hills 
saying (and I quote):                                                          

   Currently, GraphicWriter III and Spectrum are in beta test.  These
   projects represent major updates.  When our testers say these products
   are "solid" we'll release them for sale.  That date cannot be determined
   for sure.  I can only say they'll be done when they're done.
