not that I'm anti Apple or anything - I'm about as pro Apple as you can get
(but then again I'm pro VIC-20 too) - but #1 invention?
sure things like Windows (technically not an Apple invention) took modern
computers a long way and hooray for Steve Wozniac and all that but WHO
invented the DISK DRIVE?
My point is you can't squabble over who invented what and who's done more
for post VIC-20 computing because ppl simply DON'T CARE! Your friend at the
office is a good case in point - do you think the average guy really
GIVES A SHIT who came up with the technology he's using? As long as it
does what he thought it would do, he's satisfied...
As far as the number of ppl using or not-using Apple products, well...
I think that (sadly) has a lot to more to do with fashion than anything
else...
When's the VIC-20 coming back in is what I want to know
