We have occasionally had problems with our UUCP connection (that links 
our Internet domain name to our in-house CC:Mail system).  If you can't 
get a reply from a username@qualitycomp.com, try quality@genie.geis.com.

We are in the process of getting a new Internet provider to solve this 
and many, many other problems we've had.
