Stuck "eject" button on floptical... can anyone help?

Hi,	
	Somehow the eject button on my floptical is stuck in the
"eject" position, and I can't insert any disk.  I've tried opening it
and checking to see if something's stuck, but being a non-hacker type,
I got stuck at the pcb and dare not pry it open...  Does anyone know
what I can do to "unstuck" it?
