Titan 'Accel //e' ?'s

Hiya!  Once again posting the question, "what do the dipswitches and
jumpers on a Titan Technologies `Accelerator IIe`" card do, and how
does one change the speed?"

First, what are the softswitches to change the speed?  Battlezone
just flies by at 3.5 mHz...  :)  Second, one I just found out
moments ago:

I have four 5.25" drives on my //e and when I have the Accelerator in,
it doesn't make use of my second pair (in slot 4, but tried them in 5
to make sure).  Programs will acknowledge that there are drives in slot
4 but all it will do is give them a quick spin as though they were
empty (in other words, not recognising disk volumes).  No doubt some
jumper or dip will do something about that... right?

Any and all info on the card greatly appreciated (and thanks Wulf for
your part -- assuming you got my reply here, which also was resent).
