Kezboard went NUTS

I need some HELP.  I have a GS ROM 01, 4MB RAM, AppleCD 150, RF ROM 3.01e Rev
D, and Tsunami 170 ext HD.  Today I have been playing around with my German UG
CD ... unpacking the programs, installing the ones I wanted, deleting )off the
HD= the ones I didn{t.  Well now my keyboard has gone nuts.  The y kez now
types a y and the z kez now types a y.  There are a bunch of other wrong keys
now.  I first noticed it while using my PCT.  I was trying to type Messy DOs
dir using the slash.  I cant even type that using the slash~question mark key
or the numbers pad.  What would'could cause this_.
 
I had installed some CDAs and NDAs but since deleted them all to see if that
was it.  I have shut the computer off several times but that didn{t cure it.
 
What could I have done_
