Creating boot disk for //gs

I've been recently working on a used //gs.  Since I don't have the
system installation disks (It's all on the Vulcan HD), I have two
questions:

- What files does a boot disk need that loads Finder?
	(Just in case my HD fails.)

- I remember watching a //gs demo disk a few years back and was
	wondering if anyone knew where I could still pick one up.
	The demo included graphics, and some nice demonstrations
	of the sound/music capability.
