ROM 3 IIgs, Sticky Keys, and a Zip GSX = ERROR $0911

A friend of mine discovered an interesting bug related to the above
setup.  On a ROM 3 IIgs with a Zip GSX with a speed of at least 12MHz
do the following from any application:

	Set Zip GSX speed to 12MHz (or close to that)
	Activate CAPS LOCK
	Activate Sticky Keys (press SHIFT 5 times)
	Reboot (press each key separately: CTRL-COMMAND-RESET)

Ta-da!

ERROR $0911

This happens each time on my system, too.  However, if I drop the
speed to 87.5%, the error will cease to occur.

Can anyone else verify this?

Any ideas as to what is causing the error?
