You can either use the HDFORMAT and HDPARTITION files from the Apple//SCSI
disk, or you can order the file vanilla.bsc from my server with the
fillowing e-mail address and message in the letter body:
server@pro-ssor.cts.com
send utilities/vanilla.bsc
