I move stuff back'n forth from AW <==> Mac quite a bit. I just save
my data to a tab-delimited text file. To move it back you need to
load the tabbed file in a datbase file first, then copy over to a
SS file. This procedure works for data only, you'll loose your
formulas. In my case it doesn't matter as I usually use AW for data
crunching, then port the results over to Kaleidagraph for plotting.
