Info on 65816

Hi everyone,

I have a project in mind and would like to use the 65816 CPU.  I know it is
used in the Apple IIgs, so I figure their ought to be lotsa familiar users here.

I have a couple of chips handy, but I have no technical data on them.  Where
can I find data??  I'm mostly interested in hardware (detail desciption of
each pin), something along the lines of a data sheet would be a good start.

I also read about a 14MHz version, who makes it?  Are engineering samples 
available??
