The Star Gemini 10x does work with Apple II computers.  This is the
printer I bought with my IIe system, which I no longer have, about
10 years ago.  If I remember correctly, it only has a parallel port
so a parallel interface card is required.  I used a Grappler+
parallel card but I think any parallel card (ie. Apple) will work.
