It's possible to do such a thing, but it's much, much easier to
hack it yourself as part of a program. Dos 3.3 has no memory
management, no interrupt allocations, usually no real source of
interrupts, and the like, so some form of a screen saver would be
rather hellish to write. ProTERM is one program that has its own form
of screen saver, I believe. Programs that allocate their own memory
for the saved screen and determine when to save and restore is about
the only way to go.
Unless the screen is already horrendously burned in, either leave
the monitor always on, or tell people to turn the monitor off after
using it.
