Re: My RGB went green!



I'd better get my attributions right:  it was Geoff Weiss who sent me the 
terrific annotated McClain-Furmanski instructions, via email!  Thanks, Geoff.

About the colors:  maybe blue and YELLOW do make green, but the little 
blue blob chokes are denoted on the circuit board as L6G2, L6B2 and 
L6R2.  I replaced all three, since someone (dynasor@infi.net?) wrote that 
the others can fail in short order.  I did not try measuring 
voltage drops, etc.  With an old ohmmeter, it seemed like both the 
green and blue were dead, so I just plucked away with the ole 
needlenose and a soldering pencil. Anyway, it works again!  Sorry Alltech!
