It doesn't save anything better on a GS than 16 colors (256?) but
definitely not 3200.  The authors said something to the effect that
since displaying them requires you to turn off all interrupts that
this mode is pretty useless.  They might be right now that we're getting
the SS/TurboRez.

SuperConvert (3.01c): Loads a bunch of types
Prizm (1.0): Loads a few, is VERY fast, and saves 3200/256/16/grey
imageQuaint (0.3): Wow. Virutal RAM, 3200 colors, etc.
