Welcome Utils v5.0.1

I have uploaded Welcome Utilities v5.0.1 to grind.isca.uiowa.edu and
ftp.io.org. It has not been processed on grind, but is downloadable
from ftp.io.org. The server cco.caltech.edu is not accepting new
uploads anymore due to a lack of disk space. Because ftp.io.org is so
s-l-o-w, I have also set the program up at the following URL:

ftp://hopper.itc.virginia.edu/incoming/welcome501.shk
