Joe, if you feel that common decency is not being used in message posting,
then perhaps a copy of the offending message sent to root at the system
where the post was made from would get the offender reminded of their
terms of agreement, and/or removed from access for continued violations.

Be sure to include in the root message what your feelings are concerning
the lack of decency. Such action can not do any harm, but it very well
may help to clean up the offenders act. What is obscene is often figured
by the standards of the community where it applies, and since you are a
part of that community, then your feelings should be heard. Any other 
persons who feel offended by what they feel is lack of common decency
should do the same thing.
