I'm sure there are Apple II uuencode/decode programs, but the
standard for Apple II software is BinSCII. There's a Unix program that will
BinSCII and unBinSCII, but I don't know the name or where it would be found.
Program postings and other binaries go to comp.binaries.apple2.
