Pascal remains a requirement in some school curricula as a prerequisite
for other programming courses, including C.  For folks who are 
considering taking such courses, and already have a IIGS, either
ORCA or PP would suffice.  For those who plan on progressing into
other courses, the ORCA package is undoubtedly a better approach.
