Source for Low Power SRAMs for Zip?

Well, I would like to get some 32K x 8 15ns or 20ns
low power SRAM chips for my Zip upgrade. But, the
only ones I have found which the vendor KNOWS are
low power are manufactured by ISSI. I remember reading
a post saying to avoid these chips. Has anyone had
experience with these LOW POWER ISSI chips?

If these won't work, has anyone found a source for 
low power 32K x 8 SRAM chips?
