Agreed.  We have a policy here at the UAF School of Eng. / tech services of 
NEVER reccomending  any CTX monitors, or any systems that include CTX monitors.
The reason is that the company will _not_ support you after the sale.  I'd 
rather not go into all of the gory details, but just suggest that you stay 
away from CTX.
