It's been a while since I worked with anything that slow but it looks
like he needs faster static rams to run 10 MHz or higher. If I remember
correctly, he needs 45 ns or faster for 10 MHz. Better yet, he should
try some 25 ns Toshiba 32k x 8 srams.
