ORCA 'C' problem

I have ORCA 'C' version 2.02 I got no documentation with the program.
I tried to start it up after installing it on my GS and I got this error:
GS/OS: File Not Found
Orca shell cannot recover from this error.
Anyone have any ideas how I can overcome this?
