   OK, but what filetype does it expect? GSCII+ produces a simple binary
file, possibly two if you ask it to save the Mac resource as a separate
file. Replicator doesn't even show these files in the "Open" dialog. I
tried changing to $E0/$0000 and $E0/$800A, and it offered the files for
opening but then aborted with an "Unknown Error" when it read them.

   Is there anybody who has successfully extracted these disks without
the use of a Mac?
