I would like to find out if any SmartPort hard drives use the IDE interface.
I have a couple of 2.5" hard drives that would fit very nicely in my //c. :)

What I want to do is use the controller with my drive, so if anyone has a 
SmartPort drive with a trashed disk, I am interested.

P.S. Is the SpartPort very complex? I am thinking of making a microcontroller
     based interface/controller for it.
