Since you're already on the net, you could use gopher or lynx to search
for the latest Pdial listing of Internet Service Providers. That lists
dozens and dozens of dial up systems, with many charging $15 to $20 a
month for unlimited access.

If you can't find Pdial, send e-mail to info@internic.nic and request
their latest listing of Internet Service Providers. Make sure you include
your name and street address.
