HELP! CMS HDrive Specs
I have a CMS SD80 external hard drive which has been used regularly
with an Apple //gs and Mac IIfx for over 8 years. The fuse inside
decided to blow yesterday (after 8 years, no less) and all attempts
at replacing the fuse have been unsuccessful. The fuse was labelled
as a 1A 250V, but all 1 amp fuses have blown when tried.
Does anyone know if the fuse in an SD80 is just 1 amp? It appears to
have a pretty standard power supply attached to a Quantum drive.
Any help on this is sencerly appreciated. PLEASE PLEASE reply to my
address as I am unable to follow the newsgroups on a regular basis
due to work.
