The local DC-MD-VA Washington Apple Pi user group's Apple2
Programmers SIG meets monthly. If you are interested in
Apple2 programming, you might consider attending/joining.

Some member (like me) might bring their copy of TML Basic
to a meeting and help you out. Next meeting is 940922.

Some member of the Novapple user group might also help.
