SRAMs

A couple of the posts re SRAMs lately have quoted part numbers that make 
me think that these are 256K X 1 SRAMS rather than the 32K X 8 SRAMs that 
are required. As soon as my 14Mhz part arrives I'll be installing four 
Motorola MCM6202-20s. The only thing I'm not sure of is if they are 
low-power. Certainly, they are CMOS.
