ASPA needs help locating Shareware authors

The following message appeared in a local newsgroup here and I offered to
forward it to comp.sys.apple2 to see if any can help.

Please send replies to the ORIGINAL author. I have set the Reply-To field
to do so.

A couple have already been worked out, but please correct me if I am wrong

Don Elton removed TIC from it's shareware status a couple of years ago and
it is now a comerical program published by Quality Computers.

Dave Lyons post to csa2 a few months ago saying he was no longer accepting
shareware fees for any of his products and that they were all now freeware.

Your response will help the Australian Shareware Payment Association promote
and encourage the payment of shareware fees.

The Australian Shareware Payment Association

AN APPEAL FOR HELP

We have had a few payments returned from the US as being undeliverable or not
collected. Obviously some developers have moved on and failed to leave a
forwarding address or some people paying fees have not followed our advice
regarding ensuring a current address within reason.

Before returning the fees (less charges) as unpaid, I'd like to find out if
some other users out there have a more current contact address from a more up
to date version. I believe most of these are Apple // programs, so I don't
have a catalogue for them. Please post me a message here, call/fax me on
(03) 826 9839 or to Randall_Berger@ausom.oz.au,internet.

This will be handled in all confidence. I am not after names of unauthorised
users. This isn't some kind of sting. Our whole purpose is to help people
who want to pay their shareware fees do so as cheaply as possible.
