Yes. Ian has replied that it is indeed his demand that these files be
deleted immediately or he will take legal action against grind.isca. He
claims that Charles Turley made slanderous and untrue accusations against
him. He reports than Genie and Aol have already deleted these files.
Grind is expected to follow suit or he WILL take legal action.

I'm not a lawyer. I don't know what grounds Ian has for his request.
He claims Joe Kohn also agrees with the ultimatum. Joe, can you state
your position/request also? I don't know what grind's rights are.
I try to keep copyright violations off of grind, but I just don't know
who owns NoisetrackerGS software at this time. Neither Charles or
Ian wrote NTGS. Which one now has the right to claim ownership, I
don't know?

At any rate, Ian needs to be more careful with whom he shares his
source code in the future, and whom he gets his source code from in
the first place.

I'll wait for 24 hours for replies to my earlier post. At that time
I'll either delete the files in question or shut down the FTP site
until Ian and Charles settle the matter in court. Whichever option
gets the most support in the next 24 hours wins. Grind/apple2 loses,
either way. :-(

Sorry, but Ian is very dogmatic about this. Your input is important.
