AOL doesn't own them.  If some individual paid to download them from AOL
then they can upload them wherever they want.  It would be impossible and
silly to ask every upload "Are you from GEnie?  Are you from AOL?  If so,
you can't stay here!" unless the upload specifically states that it only
be available from AOL or GEnie (as is the case maybe 0.001% of the time,
and in those rare cases, I've seen it violated anyways..)
