Someone wrote a program that will convert IMG files made by copy ][+ into
the STM file format. I looked over the docs and it says it has to rearrange
the data since the IMG file isn't really the right format. I think that the
program I wrote myself that reads the disk and writes the data in the proper
order, leaving only the need to transfer the file to the Mac and set the
file type, is a lot easier to use. No need for a separate program to read the
Apple II disk before it's converted.
Anyhow, you can find the Copy ][+ -> STM converter program at the STM site,
cassandra.ucr.edu. I put my program there once, saw that someone had deleted
it, and put it there again. I have not looked lately so I don't know if it's
still there. It will be in the file IMAGE.BSQ if it is though.
