SCC refers to the SCC8530 (Serial Controller Chip) that controls both of
the serial ports in the GS, not the Super Serial Card (SSC) which uses the
ACIA6551 chip.

Luigi exaggerated a bit about forcing the modem serial port of the GS to go
>19200. There is no such thing but a shortcoming of the Control Panel CDA.
Yoshi's QuickPort II is an alternative way to actually set the serial port
beyond that silly 19200 limit of the Control Panel.

The GS can naturally do 57600 at 2.5 mhz in ProTerm, AnsiTerm, or any other
comm program that sets up the SCC correctly.

Sounds like for 3.1.
