Shawn, I have the same opinion of PT v3.1 as you (and a couple of other users
'round here). I used PT v3.0 for quite a while debating the $30 upgrade to
v3.1, but finally sprung for it a few weeks ago. As you mentioned, there's no
singlwowser new feature that jumps out at you, but dozens of little changes
that just makes it a super smooth telecomm package. I thought PT v3.0 was
great, and v3.1 is even better! One of the most finely tuned packages on my
